Much of that still depends on men...little has changed. We didn't do anything real for these people unfortunately. The soldiers, many of them, wanted to do for them but that isn't the reason they were sent there. It's all about the natural resources, not about the people.

That's how religious fundamentalists are. Some of them make war on women and kill them passively by making damned sure those women don't have access to birth control or healthcare services...some do it overtly like those that shot this young woman.
 
it truly boggles my mind how some democrats will call republicans america's enemy, yet, go to extreme to defend muslims as not being america's enemy.

not all muslims are our enemy. neither are all republicans. but people like evince can't seem to grasp that.
