US Constitution does NOT award the right to vote, the right to an education, the right to a job, a clean environment, the right to organize unions and strike and so on, makes all these basic human rights contingent on the whims of courts and legislators at any given moment.
The entire premise of this is flawed. First of all the US Constitution does not "AWARD" rights. That was never the intent. These rights are endowed by our creator meaning we are born with them. Meaning they can't be taken away. That is a very important distinction.
There is a difference in the rights that are in the US Constitution and the rights you outline here. The ones you outline necessarily infringe upon the rights of others which would run counter to the underlying principle of the US Constitution.
If you have a right to a job, that means someone has the responsibility/obligation to give it to you. Well, what if they just don't want to? Do you infringe on their freedom of association? According to you. Yes.
The same with all of these things listed.
You are confusing rights with wants and needs. They are not the same. Nor should they ever be.

Don'tcha just love it? That man in the sky sure fucks up A LOT! He also fucked up and forgot to endow those rights to blacks - he didn't remember until more than half-way through the 20th century....
This same 'company' has been doing these very things with GOP funding for the better part of a decade...the GOP knows exactly what they do. This is different only because we have better access to information than we did and they've been exposed. The GOP only cares about voter fraud if it means they can destroy something effective. Only then does it matter to them other wise they have been the ones doing most of the fraud and dirty tricks against voters.
