Cowardly Oficer shoots and kills Double Amputee???

you're damn skippy I wouldn't have. I wouldn't have let some moron in a wheelchair pin me in a corner to begin with.

So you'd have shot the amputee in the wheelchair only if you thought he was going to violate your rights?

So you didn't boast that you wouldn't have wounded any bystanders?

Thats not what I said. I simply pointed out that I posted "What I did was "brag" that I could have done better", so when you tried to add "And you boasted that you would've done a better job" you were wrong.

I didn't say I could have done better and that I would've done a better job. That would have been redundant.

What have I posted that lacked credibility? It seems that most people who comment on me here don't seem to think I lack credibility.

LOL, let's examine your list of character witnesses.

So you didn't boast that you wouldn't have wounded any bystanders?

Also, there is a major difference between this topic and the other one, as far as my comments are concerned. In the previous thread I agreed with their actions, I just questioned their skills and training levels. In this thread I do not agree with their actions.

How so?

How so, what? What part of my statement was unclear? It seemed rather simple to me.

Are you asking "How so?" regarding my question the officers level of training in the other thread? Are you questioning "How so" in that I agreed with the actions of the officers? Or are you asking about my disagreeing with the actions of the officers in this thread?

You'll have to be more specific.

I suppose I must.

According to the events as reported in the OP, what specifically would you - with your boasted shooting skills and imperviousness to panic - have done that the officer on the scene didn't?

Not shoot the amputee. I would have tried something other than deadly force.

Because you - with your razor-sharp shooting skills and uncanny ability not to panic - would have realized that the decedent did not pose a threat, even though he refused repeated orders to drop the silver object he was holding?

Awesome.

Are you saying that it is illegal to shoot someone unless they are killed?

In AZ and some other States; there are laws that state that it is against the law to shoot, where the intent is to wound or maim.
If you have to shoot someone, you better not make the statement that you intended to wound them.

Are you talking about private citizens? I fail to see the logic behind this.
