LOL suck it america haters

The American flag is not an icon of independence. It is an icon of imperialism, and slavery. When the Socialist Republic of America is established, and the states are abolished and replaced 256 federal administrative districts, I will replace the American flag with this symbol:

Well sure, all that is a given. But will the fumes from burning that flag kill a protestor? That is the real question.

Looks like Skidmark is off his meds again.

Absolutely. Particularly if it's made from a synthetic material. Many of which are made using isocyanates which can liberate CN gas when incompletely combusted.

SUE THE BASTARDS!!!

Well, look, anyone selling American flags in that part of the world knows or should know that there is a substantially likelihood that the flag will be set ablaze in connection with anti-American protests and therefore should have taken care to ensure that the flag was made of non-toxic materials. At the very least, the purchaser should be put on notice that inhaling the fumes created upon burning the flag could lead to serious injury or death. Absent such warnings, I think it's a credible case.

Except that some entreprenuerial American probably outsourced the production of said flags to Pakistan where labor is cheap. :)
