do you reuse or replace

i have always been mused by the hotels with the little signs imploring us to reuse the towels. So it got me to wondering how many people actually do it?

I don't and don't plan to.In fact I even take clean ones and throw them on the floor so they have to rewash them.

I also don't recycle. I don't have time for that nonsense

I very rarely stay in the same hotel two nights in a row. But when I do, yes, I do recycle them.

That said, when I check out, I also make sure I have used every single towel in the room before leaving.

That's just stupid. You waste more of your own time and energy with that and you come off as a jerk. I hope you don't stay too many nights because they got ways to get back at you, you know. I bet they replace your towels just as strategically as you put them on the floor.

Why am I not surprised at FactsRDamnYankee?

I reuse my towel at least once, and usually a couple of times.

As for stealing them, over the years I have not found as many hotels with towels I want. Unless you stay at a 5 star place (and spend $250 a night) the towels aren't as nice as the ones I already have.

Now when I stay at the Omni in Houston (or the Woodlands) I do usually take a towel.
