Heck we got drones for Africa ( although we already "humanely" bombed the stuffings out of Libya - ).

Rex Tomb was the Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI .. and here is what he said to a question as to why Bin Laden was not on the FBI Most Wanted list ..
When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden’s Most Wanted web page, Tomb said, “The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11."
He said nothing about because he was an enemy combatant.
Additionally, those tapes have been thoroughly debunked as fakes. Do you not understand that?

The FBI lists stuff for which they are indicted, since indictments are unnecessary most of the "suspects" from 9/11 have nothing of the sort. The reality is, even OBL spoke about in 2007 tapes he OBL released (not the one from 2001 that you are so fond of saying he was too fat in).
As for the US "being in bed with"... I don't dispute that, during the USSR's war in Afghanistan we funded those willing to fight them, and that's a truth. That those same people later, as a group, planned an attack on US soil doesn't change that.
The idea that OBL had "nothing to do with it" when the evidence clearly points to the group he led and funded is ridiculous.
