No, they are the American Taliban and just as authoritarian. They consider themselves the ONLY christians, the RIGHT kind of christians and the RIGHTFUL rulers of the world.

This was forced into the platform so Obama doesn't lose Jewish votes in Florida. It's that simple.

That's not how it was decided the first time .. but however decided, it was done so that Obama does not lose Jewish votes in Florida.

Absolutely the entire delegation was not on the floor. I didn't mean to deny that. I apologize if I gave that impression.

My only point is that however the vote came about, it was done for the reason I mentioned.

Yes it was predesided before this vote.

Yes it is about winning the election.
