Republican Governor to Address the Democratic Convention!

My former Governor Charlie Crist has endorsed Barak Obama and will be speaking at the Democratic National Convention!

I also expect him to soon register as a Democrat and Whip Governor Scott's ass in the next Election!

I liked him when he was a Republican, I like him now that he is an Independent, Ill like him when he is a Democrat!

You're welcome to him. I voted for him mainly because Zink was making anti-gun noises(and she is a democrat), I wasn't prepared for the slobbering bromance between him and obama that followed. And I don't think he'll run for guv again, I don't think he can beat nelson in a primary or rubio in a general. So go ahead and take him, he cleans up nice and he's a snappy dresser. That seems to be enough to keep you "progressives" in heat.

I suspect Nelson will be busy with his next term in the Senate.
 
Charlie Crist remains a Republican as HE says. He does, however, have great problems with such a soul as Romney and his secrecy and policies. As should be the case for all thinking Republicans Obama is the only logical choice to keep America growing and for the betterment of their own lots in life. Romney is far too self centered and greedy than to desire any fairness towards the people he supposedly leads. Just how many thousands has he told to not worry, he was turning their already profitable companies into more profitable companies. Well, he made mucho profits while thousands of hard working Americans lost their jobs and their abilities to support themselves and their families. The American taxpayers took a lot of that slack up only to make Romney's profits that much sweeter for him.
 
I know a lot of people who went to High School with Charlie Crist and who knew him growing up, they ALL say he is a very good person with lots of compassion. When someone I know very well was going through a divorce, Crist called him out of the blue, (they had once been friends but had not spoken for about 10 years) and asked him to lunch. He told my relative that he had heard of the divorce and had been through that himself and just wanted to offer some encouragement.

The person I know was overcome with gratatude. This was a person Crist could gain nothing from, had no obligation to... But Crist took it upon himself to offer aid and encourage in what he assumed was a difficult time.

Even knowing this story I did not vote for Crist for Governor. He had said he wanted to be a governor in the model of Jeb Bush, and that turned me off. After Crist won, he was as far from being like Jeb Bush as a Republican governor could be. I became a supporter and did vote for him in his failed senate race.

I dont care if he is a Republican or a Democrat, I know he claims Ronald Reagan as his roll modle. I will support him in any future political career he chooses, he was a great governor.

I can guarantee you as a former state employee, word on the streets was Charlie used it quite a lot. Didja know that first was was a lesbian?

remember what Democrats said about Zell Miller when he spoke at the Republican convention?.......and he was serving as a Democratic senator at the time......
 
I think Artur Davis and Charlie Crist should just do a cage match on pay per view with the winner deciding the outcome of the election.
