yeah...i should have said allegations...i thought the criminal probe made charges, but it only went to the grand jury.

you may be right and i would be inclined to agree, had he not spent so many years fighting the allegations. i understand your point about his drug tests not testing for everything, but that can't be proven now except by witness testimony, which you addressed. that is why i believe they have squat and they know it, they just wanted to tarnish him. he even underwent 24 unannounced drug test during his comeback and each time tested negative.

I won three downhill races and I was baked each time. plattekill in the late 90's was the most amazing place... oh this was about Lance. Sorry, forgot about the forgetable road cycling scene.

OK, I was kidding. I admire Lance and I don't give a shit if these riders want to do whatever they feel improves their performance. Make them aware of the risks and stop the inquistions.

He should be a hero in many people's book. From everything I have read, doping may add a touch more to the athlete, but its not why they win. If his wins had been closer or he hadn't been so dominant, I might agree he won due to doping. But he was The Man for too long for it to have just been additives.
 
I saw a newscaster pronouncing the acronmy USADA as "Ooo-saw-duh." With that in mind, I would like to terrorize the word, and introduce this new term for referencing the evil USADA:
