ok retard. lets break this down to just one question. If the judge determines that zimmerman acted in self defense, should he be punished any further by society?

Sure, why not? If society believes his actions were unnecessary and avoidable yet destroyed an innocent life, yes, society ought to scorn him. Note to nutjobs: 'scorn' is not interchangeable with 'lynch'. See; OJ Simpson; See; Casey Anthony. ;)

Zimmerman is kind of a dimwit,but from what Ive seen of the evedence Marten attacked first and Zimmerman could have a good self defence case.

Zimmerman's defenders continue to assert that he 'looked' suspicious (black? hoodie?) and bolster that suspicion with straw-grasping about what a delinquent he was.
