It's not a speculative study. It's an analysis of the actual policy proposals Rmoney is running on to the extent he has articulated them in sufficient detail.

how is it not speculative? you even admit it is simply based on what they believe has been articulated. any future analysis is by nature speculative. especially when it comes to taxes or other studies about bills etc.....just look at obamacare and how many times that has been revised.
