student sues over c+ grade

Dick move on Teacher's part but if it had been stated up front in the class I don't think the student has a case. It wasn't his adoption hearing, he didn't have to be there. Don't think he's gonna win, but the teacher will probably lose. The only people who're really going to win are the lawyers.
