Yes there is.

Have you seen this guy in court? If it's an act, it's a VERY good one .. and it includes snap shots of his mental instability before his monstrous act.

Don't get it twisted .. I am not rooting for this guy and it is not possible for him to get what he deserves.

That being said, he could still be mentally unhinged from the real world.

I don't know about that. Again, premeditation is not the legal threshold for an insanity plea. The standard is, "was the accused laboring under such a defect of reason, from disease of mind, as not to know the nature and quality of the act he was doing; or if he did know it, that he did not know he was doing what was wrong. "

Ah, no, she is very good at jury selection it is what she does for a living and she would spot you a mile away as a person who has predetermined his guilt and wishes for the death penalty.?

Yes. sczhiophrenia can be a lifetime, there are also "disorders" with various lifetimes (periods) that may return, or fixate, without an ability to diagnose in the dormant state. They manifest as a defense mechanism, or just spontaneous reactive.

Hahaha. Nah it's because Damo is against the death penalty. Which when you think about it means if sf and he were both on the jury they would be sequestered together for a very long time. Long enough perhaps for feelings to develop...
