as I understand it, this is a no. I could be wrong for municipal prisoners though.

i do not follow all of your posts or even most of them, so please provide a link, you must have many of them according to your post

i've pasted numerous court cases that specifically say driving is a right, but you couldn't get 10% of the population to say that now because driving a car is too complex and dangerous for the average citizen. same with guns. for over a century, carrying a gun was considered a fundamental right, but nowadays you'd be hard pressed to find a sizable amount of people that didn't think a permit or training classes should be required. If you need links for that, i'd say you don't get out enough.

can't believe I'm still having to explain this. the 2nd Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear arms. It doesn't say a damned thing about any right to murder someone.

which proves my point. again, i've posted numerous court cases where driving an automobile was considered a right, but NOW it's considered a privilege because people have been led to believe that it's just too dangerous to do without government training. do you see my point now?
