Anderson Cooper has some news to share.

"The fact is, I'm gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn't be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud," the CNN anchor wrote Monday in an open letter to his longtime friend Andrew Sullivan of the Daily Beast.

This reminds me of a friend of mine in HS. We used to hang with the dude, good friend, but absolutely and clearly homosexual he was...

One day we're at a party at my girlfriend's (she's now my wife) house and he decides to come "out of the closet" to us all. Of course his announcement was one of the hugest "no duh" moments I have ever known. He was clearly upset that none of us were surprised. I guess he thought we were all fooled by his awesome manliness...

LMAO... same thing happened with my cousin... he chose to 'come out' at my grandparents 50th anniversary. My grandmother smiled at him and said, 'we know dear, now sit back down and have some cake.'
