Today in his responce to the Supreme Court decision he changed is statement slightly.
‘I will act to repeal Obamacare’
Romney knows that the ACA is basically not going to be repealable. It will take a supermajority and that just is not going to happen. Additionally he knows the provisions of the ACA are very popular. He also knows that ACA is good for America, thats basically why he wrote it the way he did!
