The majority of conservatives do agree for a "rape and incest" exception to abortion laws.

Personally I believe that we should remove the fetus upon demand, but try to save its life regardless of stage of development. If you take that fully to its result, women would in a very short time have a choice whether to bear a child or not without having to kill to make the choice.

Basically I think we should work towards allowing people to decide whether to bear a child naturally or have it gestate ex-utero.
