(CNN) -- The United States offers millions for information leading to the capture of the world's most wanted terrorists.

A Somali militant group has purportedly countered with an offer of camels for U.S. officials.

Al-Shabaab has placed a bounty of 10 camels for President Barack Obama and two camels for information on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

This does expose a serious issue though, Somalia has been almost totally ignored by the West since the aborted Black Hawk Down mission in the '90s. There is a small African Union army, drawn mainly from Kenya and Ethiopia, which is fighting the militant elements but the rest of the world just turns a blind eye.

Exactly!! The reward could be a herd of goats AND and goat-keeper paid for one year. Could even throw in a camel so the owner could ride out to check on his herd. They could even top off the reward with a brand new mud hut!
