Which means they want to end the most effective and used birth control methods.
like abortion......
Which means they want to end the most effective and used birth control methods.
I do not believe that is why this drug is used as a morning after pill......if it's use is only to prevent eggs from being fertilized AFTER taking the pill it isn't going to be effective in dealing with eggs previously fertilized.....
You're saying the morning after pill is abortive...and there are other commonly used birth control methods that you consider abortive...ie you're against birth control.
Belief vs science.

did you notice how little was going on last night?.....it's like all the board liberals were in hiding because of Wisconsin......I was bored.....

You're being disingenuous at best. Name the methods of birth control you would allow.no I am against abortion.....the fact you consider abortions a method of birth control doesn't mean I'm against birth control......one of the types of morning after pill is in fact an abortificant.....
just out of curiosity, which part of the following sentence do you believe is contrary to science.....
"if it's use is only to prevent eggs from being fertilized AFTER taking the pill it isn't going to be effective in dealing with eggs previously fertilized".....
Birth control is an umbrella term for several techniques and methods used to prevent fertilization or to interrupt pregnancy at various stages.
Methods used to prevent fertilization are usually acceptable to most people, even many religious people.
Killing a human being at its earliest stage of life is much different and not as acceptable.
?We have state laws enacted that start two weeks before any fertilization...I guess they want to be doubly sure eh?
The Guttmacher Institute, a reproductive health research organization in Washington, said it corresponds with how doctors typically determine gestational age. She said since the exact date of conception cannot be pinpointed, doctors use the day of the woman's last menstrual period to gauge the duration of a pregnancy. The method does not provide an exact date.
Whats the beef.....its how its normally done now and in the past....nothing new, except now it will be in writing.....
ANTI-CHOICE ARGUMENT AGAINST MORNING AFTER PILL IS BASED ON OUT-DATED SCIENCE | A primary argument used by anti-abortion activists against the morning after pill — that it flushes an already-fertilized egg from a woman’s body — is actually based on disproved science. The New York Times uncovered today that labels on the packaging of the pills are often incorrect, and reflect old science, saying that the pills prevent implantation of a fertilized egg. But morning after pills, or Plan B as they’re widely known, actually “delay ovulation, the release of eggs from ovaries that occurs before eggs are fertilized, and some pills also thicken cervical mucus so sperm have trouble swimming. …Because they block creation of fertilized eggs, they would not meet abortion opponents’ definition of abortion-inducing drugs.”

Good boy - open wide and take another big tasty bite of that bullshit sandwich...wash it down with some kool-aid....
Well, tell us pinhead.....how was it done before.....who determines the age of a fetus....doctors?
Huffington lies and you slurp.....did someone other than doctors make the determination of how old a fetus was....???
the Plan B/"abortion" argument was never based on any science at all. There was never ANY evidence that it interferes with implantation. That claim was entirely made up, partly by speculative analogy with long-term hormonal BC, partly as an outright lie by anti-choicers. Now real scientists are being forced to disprove something there was never evidence for in the first place.
