I've known a fair # of cops in my life. You generalize about that profession way too much; as with every profession, there are good people and people who abuse their position. By far, the cops I have known & have experience with fit into the former category, and there are not just a few incidents where they have really helped friends, neighbors and family.

I generalize just like you and every other retard on here generalizes. Darla generalizes white gun owners. You generalize conservatives. the dude generalizes everyone without a college degree.

what people fail to see is I point out numerous cop abuse cases with the limited number of cops and it's 'just a few bad apples', but some of you idiots point out shooting incidents with citizens and totally disregard that there are 80 million of us, yet we're all evil, scared, gunnuts, and whatever other derogatory term you want to throw out there.

so how about you just suck it up and carry on knowing i'm right.

Tom you know poet wasn't perma-banned. The mods announced it was for one week, and anyone can go to this profile and see he is not banned any longer.

I would imagine he decided against returning. Poet is not always right, he is not even often right...and he says some outrageous things. However the fact that he became pretty much everyone's favorite punching bag was distasteful. He was bullied plenty just by usf. I mean if someone needs to be bullied and stalked on a daily basis USF can handle the job. He didn't need the help of 12 other posters.

Even though I often thought poet was over the top, that behavior was far worse than anything he did. IMO.

OK, I knew he had been banned for a week but I thought that maybe I'd missed something. I agree that USF is a nasty piece of work but Poet admitted that he is an activist which in many ways is just another name for shit stirrer. What most pissed me off about him was his belief that AIDS was man-made and designed specifically to attack gay men, that is barking mad to my mind.
