I would agree, but considering the prosecutor, he's still going to win.His attorney didn't advise them? I would fire this guy! He forgets the passport, let's Mrs, Zimmerman perjure herself! Terrible lawyer!

I know most of you stupid fuckers on here like to play the left/right game. I see this is also one of those things, but for those that would like to learn something, read the comments by the judge. Judge Napolitano doesn't play left/right games. He's criticized the patriot act, criticized gitmo, criticized rendition, and all of it under Bush/Cheney. He goes by the law and in this instance, the law states that the defendant (that's george zimmerman, for those not paying attention) had to have lied, not his wife...a spectator of the court, in order for the bond to have been revoked.
a source with an obvious bias towards race praising a prosecutor being vilified for race. you realize that this is the same prosecutor that sent a black woman to prison for 20 years for standing her ground also, right? As state attorney, Ms. Corey is responsible for the three-county Fourth Judicial Circuit, which includes Jacksonville, which had the highest homicide rates in the state for 10 years, ending in 2009. She has filed more charges, taken many more cases to trial and won more convictions than her predecessor, according to Mr. Hallet’s study. She is less likely to dismiss charges and is particularly tough on repeat offenders, he found.
This comes as crime rates have declined and arrests in Duval County have dropped by 27.5 percent in the past four years. “We set out to explain why this is happening here and why it is so different than other places,” Mr. Hallett said of his study. “The answer is Angela Corey

His bond was revoked because the judge asked about his finances and Zimmerman didn't disclose what his attorney must have known would be a potential conflict.
Napolitano said, “He’s being punished because of what his wife said. Now, the prosecution will say, ‘Well, he shouldn’t have sat there silently while the wife gave improper and incorrect information to the judge.’” The judge pointed out that because it’s a criminal case, Zimmerman never has to say anything.
But don't let the law stop you from doing the shit you want.
the law clearly states that zimmerman doesnt' have to say ANYTHING in a criminal trial. His lawyer MIGHT have been asked, but wasn't. Zimmermans wife was asked, but was she under any oath? and if she was, why is GZ being punished for it? simple answer is that you libs are anti gun, anti self defense, and anti white people, therefore GZ should be in prison for life.It sure didn't stop the Zim or his lawyer.
