Witnesses in Zimmerman/Martin case change testimonies.

I will agree it doesn't help the prosecution necessarily, but I don't see how you think it's a net gain for zimmerman. obv having witnesses in your favor is better.

Well one thing we know for sure - Zimmerman is one of those gun pussies. Here in NY real men laugh at them. Seriously, it's a big joke here.

I think that Zimmerman is a prick who plays cop but does not have the balls to become one and expects to stay out of trouble because of his dad.

Just my opinion and if proven wrong I will accept that.

I have to wonder if he has been in trouble before and his record is no proof as we all know that influential people often get their records expunged.

Heck Jeb Bush's daughter was a 3 time drug felon and got off with no mandatory minimum prison time which Jeb supported the 3 strikes law in FL.

because the common law of our judicial system is 'innocent until proven guilty', plus the actual wording of the SYG law provides that self defense is presumed UNLESS authorities can prove otherwise via evidence.

There may be evidence that we do not know of that will prove malicious intent on zimmermans part, but until such time, the logical assumption is self defense.

there is more evidence to suggest that martin was the violent instigator, as opposed to zimmerman. zimmerman is also the one on trial right now, so naturally the question of innocent until proven guilty, and asking for evidence rather than conjecture is relevant.
