Imagine being stopped by a cop, interrogated, accused of being a domestic terrorist all because you were seen taking pictures near the airport. Imagine suddenly being surrounded by a dozen cops, FBI, and homeland security agents because your car was searched without legal probable cause and because the cop found a legally cased and unloaded hunting rifle in the trunk, all according to the laws of that state, that you find yourself arrested and for six hours you were interrogated, taunted, harangued, threatened, belittled, abused, humiliated and harassed by members of the Sheriff’s Office. Now imagine that the ankle injury you suffered earlier in the day is noticed so the sheriff now wants to also charge you with not reporting a knife injury. Your children come to retrieve your purse because it contains a large amount of cash, but they are threatened with arrest if they don't leave.
Now imagine that after the FBI and DHS determine you're not a 'threat', but all your requests for a lawyer are ignored. Imagine that your taken to a medical facility for your ankle injury, but the cops deny you the antibiotics you're prescribed and you develop a staph infection. Imagine being transported to the court for arraignment, hands cuffed behind your back, but not seat belted in the van, so the cops can drive recklessly and laugh about you being tossed about in the back of the van. At the courthouse, the only charge presented to the judge is a misdemeanor of trespass in the third degree, even though you were parked on the side of a public road. Imagine the cops telling the judge that your car was full of surveillance equipment (one camera) and that they believe you are a terrorist, so the judge sets your bail at 50k.
Once back at the jail, the public defender converses with said sheriffs deputy and then tells you he's not going to represent you and he is going to request you be put on suicide watch. the deputy sheriff still handcuffs you, puts you in a holding cell, and determines you're a suicide risk forcing you to be strip searched and forced to wear a 'suicide gown', all while the male deputies insist on watching you, until you can be given an evaluation by a psychiatrist 3 days later. During the three days you wait, a nurse gives you two injections while deputies force your head away and your arms still, without your consent. After the psych eval, you're determined to be not suicidal, you're released, and all charges are dropped.

In it, the sheriffs office calls you a terrorist, a right wing extremist, and falsely states that you were taking pictures of the airport and surrounding security and that you had 500 rounds of ammunition and 'scary guns' in your vehicle. It also falsely states that you had been removed once and warned to stay away.
your camera memory card is never returned, more than 5k is missing from your purse, and your glove box is empty now.
