Will Biden not be on the Ohio ballot?

Actually he might as well not being on Ohio's ballot. He has no chance of winning there anyway so why even bother. :)
Once again, Stoner has shown how out of touch with reality he is.

This is shaping up to be a much closer election than anyone would like. The fanatical trumpers cannot except that reality, so they come up with lies.

Textbook example of Projection. Awesome.......

Biden will be on the ballot in Ohio, the last thing the GOP wants to do is make it look like a Red State is keeping the Democrat candidate off the ballot, and if they did, it would just be another election issue for the Democrats to echo, not like Biden is going to carry Ohio
So in other words you mean like a few blue states already tried to do with Trump. Awesome,.... nice to see you publicly admitted that those BLUE states made themselves look like SHIT. ;)

Because Biden thinks he's above the law. After all, he's openly defying both Congress and the Supreme Court too...
You know when Terry starts lying he does not like the truth.

The TRUTH is that there are a few States with this problematic law and the history is ALWAYS to the give the party and candidate, Republican or Democrat, an extension.

...The 90-day deadline has often caused trouble since its adoption in 2010. Only in 2016 did both parties’ conventions take place before the Ohio cutoff date. Both conventions took place after the deadline in 2012 and 2020, and legislators extended the deadline both times.... Cite

So now tthe Democrats want to change the rules of the game to help them win. Both parties should play by exactly the same rules.

Learn to read you simpleton as this has NOTHING to do with the Democrats. What we want is CONSISTENT and FAIR application of the process.

And yet its the DEMOCRATS that need a rule changed stop they can get on the Ohio ballot.

I will cite again for you, the perpetually stupid, as this IS NOT a Dem or Republican thing and is the REGULAR instance for BOTH PARTIES, with only one exception.

What? Biden and the Democrats are too stupid to know when the deadline to submit their candidate is? Why the fuck should Ohio be forced to give an extension to them?

It's like saying you didn't turn your homework in on time so the teacher should give you extra time to do it and turn it in for a grade anyway. I say, give them the zero for not doing it on time they deserve and next time they'll damn sure make sure they meet the deadline.

if your students of ALL stripes regularly missed the deadline and if you ALWAYS gave extensions WITHOUT QUESTION in the past, then YES, the problem is you and not them.

IF the teacher wishes to draw a hard line in the future then the onus is on them to give BOTH SIDES fair warning, that the extensions BOTH SIDES have become accustomed to will no longer be granted.

People RIGHTLY learn from past practice and past practice is in this area is that 100% of all extensions get granted not just in this State but in EVERY State where this occurs regularly.

The law is the law either Biden and the Democrats comply or they don't.
“The law,” when the last time the right was concerned about “the law,” as I said, if not allowed on the ballot it could be a big issue for Democrats to campaign on even down ticket races in Ohio

I am not excusing the teacher or the State for their failures. So you are wrong on that.

Again, if you establish precedent that in EVERY SINGLE INSTANCE, REGARDLESS OF PARTY, you give an automatic extension, then it is on you, if an automatic extension becomes the norm and expected and you do not communicate you will no longer be giving them.

That failure is on you and you most OWN it.
