Dude, if you take this place seriously you have more problems than I thought you did. I couldn't care less what you believe or don't believe. You and I will never, ever meet in real life. I was held up at gunpoint by a kid who was probably high on drugs and scared to death. In my work parking lot late at night. I gave him what he asked for, and made sure he never, at any point, felt threatened by me. He got NOTHING I couldn't easily replace. I'm alive, and maybe that kid turned his life around. Your first instinct would be to pull your gun and end that kids life. That's the difference between you and me. A difference I'm extremely proud of. It's why my life is great, and yours is dogshit. Maybe you could think on that one for a while.

First of all, STY, progressives and liberals don't all share the came view about guns.
I have no problem with private gun ownership at all--except for assault rifles and other military weaponry.
I just have a problem with the illiterate wording of the Second Amendment.

Second, when somebody tells you this, you respond with a string of stupid emojis, so you don't care about the actual facts.

Third, most of you Reichwards want guns primarily to belatedly abort children when they get to be school age.
This is a given. If you haven't shot up a school yet, you're probably about to.

The facts however are that the wild wild west wasn't as dangerous as Chicago is today. Things werent safer because everyone wore a gun. Things were safer because justice was swift and severe. If you murdered someone and found guilty you were likely hung. No one gave a shit about your manifesto.

I don't understand the mindset to be honest. I have never, ever, walked into a place and thought 'damn, I wish I had a gun'. Not once. I went to a mob restaurant in Vegas once...... super cool (and an interesting story), but I wasn't nervous. I've walked into biker bars, gay bars, ethnic bars, and I always felt I had common ground in all of them. If I had a gun in some of those situations, I think it would have gone very badly. I love how these guys seem to think that their intended targets are going to just stand there and let themselves be shot. Be smart. Be respectful. Be kind. Very few situations require any more than that.
