I got say the "deep state" inneundo is one of the right's better conspiracies, when looking for a scapegoat, everywhere one could interject "they" can now be replaced with "deep state," just as nebulous and unspecific, but gives the conservative that existential threat they have to have to define everything

Who in the hell is this "deep state?" Without listing the same three or four names can any conservative tell us exactly who makes up this "deep state?" And "Obama holdovers" doesn't fly, the majority of people in the DC beaurcracy have worked thru several Administration and always have, and now suddenly cause Trump gets elected their against the guy currently sitting in the White House?

It's bogus, but as we know a whole lot of conservative believe anything some fat guy on the radio or chubby demagogue on TV tell them

The deep state is not just the enemy of the right, they are your enemy as well. I would suggest researching the deep state conspiracy theory as if you are trying to prove the conspiracy to be true. If your only goal is to discredit it, you will only find evidence that it is false.

I have learned a lot of good points that lefties have, simply by researching them as if I am a lefty myself who wants to prove the point from a lefty perspective. It can be difficult to isolate myself from my personal political stance, but when I do it long enough to study from my opponent's perspective, I learn plenty.

Come on there "noise," Nunes in private supposedly reviewed thousands of pages of classified documents and came out with what was his and only his interpretation of what those documents said, it is pure speculation, Nunes's speculation, based upon circumstantial events where he implies factuality. How would that be any different than Schiff's interpretation of the same documents?

Nunes memo, or the events implied within it, are used as partial proof that this "deep state" supposedly exists, and I remembered he also threatened impeachment if the Comey memos weren't released, now that they are, nothing. The impeachment rhetoric is pure political theater, Nunes is pure political theater, he didn't get the handle "twilight Uber to the White House" for nothing

Lastly, McCabe prove nothing other than McCabe supposedly lied, you can't employ it, as conservatives are, to generalize on the entire FBI, especially considering that he is in trouble for approving the releasing of information that was helpful for the Trump campaign. What are you going to do if the IG report comes to no definitive conclusion?

It is indeed quite difficult to isolate ourselves from our own political beliefs, especially in today's polarized political landscape. I do not encounter many who choose to be as objective as what I described, so I am not surprised that you choose to stick within the parameters of your ideology. It is much easier to stick to news and propaganda that aligns with confirmation bias.

Obama was "elected", and Hillary would have been "elected", but they operate from the deep state controlled Democrat platform just like Jeb would have been operating from the deep state controlled Republican platform. Trump funded his own campaign, so they were unable to stop him. The deep state swamp is fighting like they are being raped in the wrong hole by somebody with big hands and all that comes with them, but there is a chance that Trump may be able to keep them face down long enough to finish the job that we elected him to do.
