The evidence included texts and emails from Russian military officers and information from a source close to Putin who covertly told the CIA how Russia executed its disinformation and hacking campaign.

Trump was told & shown evidence Putin directly ordered the attacks two weeks before his inauguration.

A few months later, Trump fires Comey "because of Russia."

So Trump knew Putin ordered the attacks, then fired the guy who was investigating those attacks.

That's obstruction of justice.
