I'd like to see quotes from any other president in history that criticized Americans for being in the middle of a natural disaster.

You asked for an opinion, and I gave you mine. Maybe I am old school. To me, it is not appropriate decorum or even remotely professional to be signing women's chests. Maybe that kind of thing flies backstage at a rock concert. It would take a bare minimum of grace and effort to have your staff give you something you could sign for the woman.
