No - lincoln did not emancipate any slaves. Lincoln stated in the EP that it only applied to the confederacy and since that was a foreign country, there was no way to enforce it. Lincoln could have freed the 300,000 slaves in the 4 Union slave states but he chose not to!!!

You're wrong of course,Lincoln had no legal way to free slaves in states not in rebellion. Congress needed to pass legislation to do that.

Lincoln did all sorts of crazy things like shutting down hundreds of NORTHERN newspapers that opposed the war. He "justified" these things by saying it was war time.

Wrong, the confederacy was never a foreign country. The articles of secession and taking up of arms against the US was an illegal act and never changed the character of the south as part of the United States. You are a dumbass hick.
