By refusing to vote for a phony, illegitimate, lesser-of-two-evils candidate, I'm not giving Trump shit.

If Sanders wins the primaries and loses the general, which he almost certainly will, HE AND HIS DUMBASS SUPPORTERS are the ones who will be giving Trump a victory.

Sanders should not be hijacking my party by running as a Democrat.

If he wants to be President and divide the left in his selfish quest, let him run as an Independent.

And finally, let me just add.... if the people of this country have become so fucking stupid they'd reelect a piece of trash like Trump, especially after giving us "Old BS" Sanders as the only alternative, then we as a country deserve what we get.

Hard to say. From talking to the young ppl at school, they'll vote for whoever gets the nomination, they said. We'll see. They might get pissed off again like in 2016 if the DNC pulls the same shit. Plus that is a very very small sampling.

Have you talked to moderates and asked if they would vote for Bernie?

3 million more people voted for clinton including Bernie supporters. ....... just saying.

I haven't seen anyone say they won't vote for Biden, vote blue no matter who, but there's plenty of people who say they wont support Bernie under any circumstances.

The only adults I've talked to IRL about voting this time around say that they'll hold their noses and vote for whoever. I would characterize them as pretty much moderate.

That being said, a few of my long-time friends who were-and-still-are Hillary devotees loathe Bernie and say that if he gets the nomination they won't vote for him OR for TRE45ON. These are a handful of older (60s/70s) men and women who are staunch liberals yet oddly don't support Sanders. As you can imagine, I find it amusing when our Reichwing friends lump us all together under the "libtard" umbrella and behave as though we all march in lockstep. You know, like *they* do. lol

Very true. We'll have to wait and see what happens. As you know, perception is everything. If those voters can be convinced that it's all a big huge DNC plot to keep the old commie out, they may very well buy into that and vote accordingly. Just like they did last time.

BTW, watch for that idea to be heavily promoted if Biden gets the nomination. Promoted by the RW, not the Bernie fans.

The media's focus on "so called bernie supporters who wont vote for biden" is misleading. We all know there are many more biden supporters who won't vote Bernie......
