You first said he wasn't briefed.

Then you said he was briefed, but it wasn't credible.

Now you're back to saying he wasn't briefed, but set some goalposts on whether or not he was briefed on "actionable intelligence".

Truth is, Trump was told about this in early 2019 and sat on this information and further helped Russia's interests.

The fact that he pulled out of Syria so Russia could move in makes so much more sense now.

it appears there was a line in th PDB back in March but Trump uses briefing not the written PDB.
It's of small consequence since the INTEl isn't ready for any action, there is nothing there except 1/2 baked reports and "criminals" sources.

There was the same report back under Obama (2010) -only that time it was Iran paying $1000 per US troop killed

That's is what I said, the latest is he didn't read it, keeps changing, at first the WH said he never got it, then that it wasn't credible, now he didn't read it, and as Bolton said, doubtful he wasn't directly informed of it

And you will have to include some documentation on the Obama "whataboutism," never heard of anything regarding Iran secretly putting bounties on US servicemen

The fact is Obama took the death rate in Afghanistan from 153 a year down to 14 a year. trump has been ticking it up, and supports surrendering to the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
