Racist LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling is a Democrat, What else is new?

That doesn't address what I asked and I've already responded to this question. It is not an apples to apples comparison. Your hypothetical is not the same as what's happening in the NBA.

The only reason it doesn't apply, is because you don't want it to and that's because it challenges everything that you have tried to use as a reason for your support of what's occurred.

If I wrote something as cawacko on JPP that was determined to be horrifically offensive and was broadcast around the country and they were able to determine who I was in real life and what company I worked for and all my co-workers stopped working for the company in protest of me still being there and the company's clients pulled their money from our accounts would I be upset if I were fired? Upset at myself maybe?

The tape was public. It was made in private but it was public for the world to hear.

Is it wrong if the players said 'we f'd up not doing this before (protesting) we're not going to f it up this time?'

freedom, you didn't respond to this. Because the players didn't protest before it means they shouldn't do it now?

I wasn't talking about you violating HIPAA; but obviously you have decided that it's the only thing that could be fired for; because my original question was:

Since so many people have been afraid to answer it, I just thought I'd personalize it for you and see how honest you were.

Now how about answering the original question?

If my boss called me in the office and fired me over a comment I made here my boss would have to fulfill the following criteria(s):

1) Was it me that made the comment--as in can you prove Sun Devil is me (the employee) outside the computer

2) How is whatever I said a violation of the contract I signed with the company--As in whatever I said here what warrants me to get fired?

3) How do my words here or how I express them jeopardize the integrity of the company.

I'm not going to simply answer yes or no without questioning it first. If I blatantly and carelessly jeopardized and violated my companies rules then yes I deserve to be fired but the above criteria(s) for termination must be met first.

All it would take to start this would be someone, like a mod or someone who knows who you are in real life, releasing your comment and tie it to you; but as you stated, you would have no problem with it. :good4u:

So you're not comfortable with people losing their jobs over a private conversation. :good4u:

And you think the national news media is going to care what cawacko said on JPP and put my comments on blast around the country and world?

I never said anything about the media.
This was about your employer and your job.

That is why your example is not apples to apples. Sterlings comments caused sponsors to pull their ads, people were going to stay away from the stadium and the players all across the league were not going to play in protest during the middle of the playoffs. The league would have shut down. This would have cost the NBA untold millions of dollars.

That is not the same as my boss calling me into his office saying he didn't like something I wrote on JPP and I'm fired.

Again the greatest player is black....The argument of whether Kobe or MJ being the best of all time is always good for debates. I gave you my starting five and even if you took your so-called "Great White Hope" you still couldn't beat my team. I could even put Doug Christie on Larry Bird and Doug Christie is a scrub player and he would still lock him up on defense. I could put Vince Carter on Larry Bird and Larry wouldn't be able to guard Vince Carter's jock strap.
Not all, butt most Black players seem to lack natural stamina, so Larry Bird would run them down until they quit.

You have been brainwashed by the Lib media/teachers into thinking that Blacks are the best athletes, trust me, they are not in my two best sports, golf and tennis, they are too loose, too herky jerky, which might be good in basketball. Golf and Tennis are way tougher to play well, and being tall means nothing in tennis and golf. Look at France's Gill Monfils and Joe Willy Tsonga, both can leap very high and are super quick runners, they have the best coaches and equipment, butt they always seem to lose to the top guys, you tell me why?

Football Hall Of Famer Jim Brown used to play a lot of tennis, and I have actually hit with him in Vegas, it would be a no contest between him and me. I would turn Jimmy everyway butt loose in a tennis match, guaranteed, drop shot his fat ass, but naturally he would run for every whitey drop volley, or drop shot like he was trained to do so, to try to prove to me what a great athlete he was, butt I know this trait and I use it to my advantage when playing backs. I especially like to play quick black sprinters because I run them all over the court and the fools keep trying to impress me with their speed...all true...how about an SC NCAA 100 yard sprinter twenty years younger than I and his tongue was hanging out after a 70 minute 6-2 set against me...all true. The MFer tried to run down everything like Jim Brown, and he flat ran out of gas, like I knew he would...I won easily..but anyone watching that set from afar would think that the Black dude was too fast/good for me to win....not

Michael Jordan has the best golf instructors, gear, etc, butt he cannot putt worth a sheet, therefore, I would clean his plow in a Golf Match, trust me on that also, because I am known as a golf scrambler, look it up. Of course there are exceptions like Tiger and Arthur Ash, but they are not 100% Black, less than half. I will say that Muhammad Ali, my hero was the best ever Boxer, but again his great great great Grandfather was a White Slave owner. You really need to drop your pro-black racist attitude and smell the roses.

I do not want to label you a jive turkey fool, so start using your head moore.

And if he says it affects the bottom line of the companies ability to preform?
