Actually they are hitting Irans military targets. Like on Khargs island they took out the military targets but left the oil infrastructure intact. The US WANTS Iran to recover under different control.

Iran has killed over 1,000 Americans and NOW owns 480KG of 60% U235 and has launched rockets with living animals into space and has recovered them alive. They make 1000s of ballistic missiles and the technology to make ICBMs isn't that much different. Ayatollah and his mullahs shouts death to America. Are you comfortable with that?

Are you so insecure you think the U.S. can't handle threats from other countries?

Btw, Iran's been saying "Death to America" for something like 50 years and we're still here. Why do you take that rhetoric literally? Even the late Ayatollah called it a slogan against US policies, not actual death.

The slogan has historically been contextualized as a reaction to the U.S. government's policies towards Islamic countries and merely an expression of outrage at those policies, not a wish for literal death for American people themselves. In a speech to university students, Iran's former supreme leader Ali Khamenei interpreted the slogan as "death to the U.S.'s policies, death to arrogance".

Sure, one can make that argument.

But a realistic argument has to ask '...does America doing this actually improve the situation on the ground after they leave... (ie Iraq, Libya, Iran 1950's, Guatemala, Congo, Haiti, Chili, etc)... ' and '...how long will America police the State after (ie Afghanistan)..'

You will not see Fastlane address those issue while he echoes the NeoCon arguments that we needed to go in and start this war for "ethical" reasons because "...bad people...".

Nothing Fastlane says is "honest". It is Neocon propaganda.
