Most adults know what multiracialism is already, but here goes.

Multiracialism is the idea or practice of a society being somewhat equally composed of various races. I'll agree that no country is 100% any single race. However, America was an ethnostate for most of its history in that we favored white immigrants in order to keep America as white as possible. And this worked very well, since even during the fifties, the white population didn't fall below 85%.
In 1965, it was officially decided by the government that we were no longer going to favor white immigrants, but we were promised this new move wasn't going to change America all that much. Clearly, we were lied to.

First - It appears that you're trying to use someone else's conclusions as a basis for your explanation, which doesn't answer the question I asked.

Secondly - The US did not "favor" white immigrants in order to keep America white and just because the majority of those wanting to immigrate to the US, does not mean what you're suggesting.

Do you know what the word "research" means?

The article I linked explains the research done to show that racial diversity does lead to lower social trust. The person's conclusion is besides the point. The point is that the more racially mixed a society becomes, the more that society becomes less of a community. People choose to stay inside more and become less trusting of others. You can draw your own conclusions, but the facts are there.

I'm not a lib but I can answer a couple things that have changed. Population has doubled since the 50's and the quantity of guns is a lot more.
I don't have the answer for what brought about the change in shootings. Not sure anyone has that answer.
Kids that are taught young with guns for hunting I don't think are the problem. Some people just want to hurt or kill people for reasons unknown.

Your reference to a larger population and the quantity of guns, would seem to suggest that using those numbers; the number of mass shootings should have matched those figures, from that time.

I fully agree with the last part.
