Truth Detector called my Mom smart, for thinking Kavanaugh isn't right for the Supreme Court. This is something he should be reminded of often. Especially if he wants to critique others intellect.

She hates how Kavanaughs family was dragged through this, and is angry at the Democrats lawyers for not informing Ford about handling these things in California, without having to release her name. She voted for Trump mostly on pro-life issues, and really doesn't like Hillary. She is ashamed at how the Kavanaugh issue was handled, and yet she still has reservations he may be a poor choice for The Supreme Court. Republicans may lose a lot, if they don't reconsider putting a better candidate up instead. It's not just Democrats you'll be contending with.

There is never an ideal candidate. Parties are not monolithic.

I think people are forgetting that in the last stages of his career, Justice Kennedy was almost as rightwing as one could get - voting with the Reich Wing majority consistently in a plethora of 5-4 decisions.

It's not like the Blubbering Judge Kavanaugh is replacing a liberal - or even a moderate.
