I will REPEAT for since it appears your imbuing ROMNEY with qualities he may or may not have had, for the first 2-3 years with Obama in the WH and Medvedev in the Kremlin, many of us had some cautious optimism. (Hope springs eternal). NOT THE LEAST THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE--well at least for awhile. In 2012 Medevev was sill around as was Romney, as was OBAMA, then PUTIN declared 'I'm back'. Romney was RIGHT.
