This stupid fool should retire and enjoy his remaining years on a beach somewhere. I think his brain's turning to mush.

"Sen. John McCain, criticized President Barack Obama Thursday, saying he was "directly responsible" for the attack on an Orlando gay nightclub that left 49 clubgoers dead and 53 more injured.

According to The Washington Post, the Arizona senator blamed the president for the rise of the Islamic State, saying, "when he pulled everybody out of Iraq, al-Qaeda went to Syria, became ISIS, and ISIS is what it is today thanks to Barack Obama's failures."

The shooter, 29-year-old Omar Mateen, reportedly pledged allegiance to ISIS before the attack, but intelligence officials have not yet found evidence he had any direct connection to the extremist terror group.

McCain later attempted to clarify his comments, saying he was referring to the president's "national security decisions" as opposed to Obama himself."

McSame's lame claim.

Kind of hard for Trumptards to cheer him, since he's a "loser" and their Dear Leader likes people who weren't captured.

I agree, it's time for McCain to retire! There should not be anymore long term serving senators or congressmen, we need term limits now!

Well, Obama should not be bombing & droning. That hasn't helped, and Omar the shooter said that's why he turned terrorist.

McCain In Deep Trouble in GOP Primary; Trump, Clinton Close in AZ

PPP's new Arizona poll finds that John McCain has a negative approval rating with Republican primary voters, and is at pretty serious risk of losing nomination for another term. Only 35% of GOP voters approve of the job McCain is doing to 50% who disapprove. He's in particularly poor standing with conservative voters. Among 'somewhat conservative' voters his approval spread is 33/52, and among 'very conservative' voters it drops all the way down to 18/67.

what about all the other countries using this method now?

It is now a tool of war

bur your head in the past

reality will continue without you

This just made me feel sad. I have always respected McCain for generally rising above the partisan fray & being a rational conservative voice in the Senate.

This is just stupid,talk-radio red meat stuff. I hadn't really seen him speak in awhile, and he even looked pretty doddering and foolish. Just a bummer.

Donations Flow To McCain Opponent After McCain Blames Obama For Orlando Massacre

"McCain told reporters Thursday that Obama was “directly responsible” for the shooting, then released a statement saying he “misspoke” and meant to say Obama’s policies are to blame, not the president himself.

Regardless of his partial retraction, though, the veteran senator’s words sparked outrage, moving people to open their wallets for Kirkpatrick. According to her campaign, at least $100,000 flooded into its accounts.

“John McCain’s reckless and appalling comments about the Orlando mass shooting disappointed thousands of Arizonans and people from across the nation,” said Kirkpatrick spokesman D.B. Mitchell. “But his actions are just further proof that after 33 years in Washington McCain has changed, and now Americans are witnessing that he’s no longer a ‘maverick.’ “Arizonans know it’s time for new principled leadership, and that’s why Ann Kirkpatrick saw the largest one-day fundraising number of the campaign,” Mitchell added."
