Trump is 77, wears diapers and a girdle, wraps 3 strands of hair around his head 100 times and has to be spray painted to appear in public. He could not survive three weeks.

He is an excellent con man. He can read crowds too. He knows exactly what they want to hear after a couple of minutes and zeros in. Sometimes he seems shocked at how nasty the crap is that they want to hear. But he says it. When Trump said" I could shoot someone on 5th venue and not lose any votes "he was shocked to see how well his con worked on a national scale. This site shows the lemmings in full mental battle gear.

You can't put a president in jail, it would be a national security risk.

He was president meaning he knows secrets, you don't think China or Russia or anyone else might send agents in there to get him.

Jail/prison is not a safe place.

Besides, Trump is guarded by secret service and they overrule any prison policy which would make it a nightmare for them.

Trump could never be handcuffed, he couldn't eat the prison food because it's prepared by prisoners, they couldn't order him to do anything if the SS thought it was a risk.

What is the point of even being in there?

IF the SS says Trump needs to get out of his cell it would have to happen.

Trump is never going jail, the SS will see that. Save your tissues and lube for another time.

Correct, he will be on house arrest or something like that.

If he is convicted and it's not overturned I imagine the restrictions will be pretty severe however.

No phone, no internet stuff like that.

Not sure who would run the detention though since it can't really be the Secret Service.

House arrest means people are usually just monitored but felony convictions requiring hard time are a different matter.

I imagine whatever prison is close by will assign a team to Trump.

But yes, a president will never actually serve physical time in an actual prison.

Lots of firsts in this whole issue that's for sure.

US Marshals and Secret Service would coordinate their actions.

Special dietary arrangements would have to be made by the prison so he can have his milkshakes, bags of Oreo cookies, and buckets of KFC fried chicken.

I know that he couldn't eat food from the kitchen as it could be poisoned.

He would at least need his own team in there to prepare his meals.

Again, a huge pain in the ass for any prison.

Either that or he get's his meals catered in.

The cost to the taxpayer to house a president in prison would be astronomical.
