In ancient Egyptian mythology, the god Ra wept, and the tears flowed from his eyes, fell to the ground, and turned into bees.

The bees made their hive and worked with the flowers of each planet to produce honey and wax.

The inscription from an ancient Egyptian papyrus tells us bees were considered sacred, a gift from Ra himself, with their contribution to the economy and well being of society.

Honey is made of bees' vomit.
Close, honey is made in a specialized organ called a crop rather than in their stomach. It is produced outside of the digestive tract. So, while it seems to be "vomit" it is not partially digested nectar, it is nectar that is processed in the crop in a process called trophallaxis (sp? I think I spelled it right). It would be the same thing as calling an "egg" chicken "poo". It comes from the same hole but from an entirely different organ than the digestive tract.
