The only ppl getting paper checks are those without bank accounts/direct deposit, so it's a pretty stupid and meaningless move. It will just delay receipt to those who most likely need it the worst. But what else can we expect from an egotistical, petty failed TV game show host?

You missed the point this time. When I draft you a check, it's my money. When Trump sends someone a government check, it's not his money.
He should not be allowed to use our government money to help himself get re-elected by manufacturing a fraudulent signature line on even a single check,
much less millions of them. People are stooooooopid. Some will credit Trump for giving them 2 grand or more each. I object to his misuse of the
mechanisms of power of the office to advance his election prospects...………. again, and again, and again.

There is no solution to this that does not involve giving free shit to people.

We shouldnt even be thinking of this as free shit. This is like eminent domain. The government told you that you couldnt work for 2-3 months. You should be compensated for that. Its like the government breaking your knees. They should pay for any damage that caused.

After all for most people they could have gone to work. Most young people wont really be affected by this anyway it might have just overwhelmed the hospitals so the govt said no.
