Either rights exist or they do not exist, abrogation of rights tends to imply that they do not exist. Ergo, trials and juries are nice little things that the government plays around with right up until they're serious.

By the way what definition do you lay on "actively trying to kill innocents" because that sounds alot like using missiles on people who're running to help their friends who've also been blown sky high*.

How has the policy Holder has expressed a change in the law as we currently know it? Is the FBI not currently allowed to kill someone in some circumstances?
