They have already proven that Trump committed a number of crimes. He called GA and said I want 11,000 votes and it's on tape and you deny it. That is a crime. Threatening governors to accept bogus electoral votes is a crime. Telling his followers to go to the capitol and fight like hell is a crime. Telling the VP to not certify the election is a crime, they all are an overt attempts to subvert the election which is sedition, conspiracy, treason, take your pick.
