You open a criminal investigation when there are gounds to believe a crime has been committed (called predication). Durham and Huber haven't done that.

Then you investigate the presumed crime.

it's different here in that much of these documents were classified and never seen by DoJ before
( and DoJ was busy with Mueller)

so this is both a discovery and review, which should lead to indictments based on the corrupt FISA
and predicate for da Russian collusion

Indeed. The report reveals that the FBI Obama, Biden, and Brennan all knew that Russsiagate was a HUGE lie crafted by Hillary. We spent over 40 million dollars and years of turmoil investigating a lie. Obama and Biden kept their mouths shut and let it happen. Any Democrat that thinks this is a dud is an idiot. The FBI clearly had it's thumb on the scale in the 2016 election. They did it again in 2020 by trying to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story. They FBI's house needs to be cleaned. Republicans need to take the White House in 2024 and the Senate in 2024 and keep the house. The FBI trying to control the Presidential election is FAR more dangerous to the Republics than 500 pissed off zealots taking a sightseeing tour in the Capitol.
