I spoke with the Corporate Office (I was number 33 on the call waiting list...lots of patriotic Americans very upset) they said it was a mistake by one store manager and he has been spoken to.

I hope the veteran returns but some have suggested a lawsuit. I doubt that this veteran is a litigious man, just a veteran who wanted to be treated with respect..as he deserved.

You do as you wish. I don’t burn flags, nor do I wear them and in the past, when my flag wore out, I took it to the Boy Scouts for proper disposal. I respect the flag because I love the people and country for which it stands.
