You know, I can understand having differences of view as to how things should be handled. And that's the way this country was founded. Our system of government actually counts on that and the freedom of speech to talk about it. America will always have a left and a right, no matter where the center is. And that is how we work out important issues.
If you have a good position on how our national government should be conducted, then your argument should stand on it's own merit.
If you think you have to dehumanize those who disagree with you, then I see that as an acknowledgement that you don't have much confidence in your position, that you feel you have to cut down the other side. What part of cutting down the other side says anything good about your political position? Hunh?
You're just spreading rumors and nonsense. Stirring up polarization. Putin appreciates that.
Oh yeah, it's easy to put down the other side. Any small mind can do that.
It's tougher to see your opposition as your fellow American citizens and neighbors. It's tougher to find the part of their argument that you can find fault with. It's tougher to argue on the basis of the merit of your position.
I see what you've done her as taking the easy way out.
