What lunacy.
A pandemic attacking all of humanity required all of humanity to make a coordinated response.
Because humans are limited by lies and attitudes, a brainless bug has been able to have it's way with humanity, despite the most advanced knowledge being widely available.
The fact that many humans know better is of little help when so many other humans are so disagreeable, so misinformed, and refuse to cooperate.
It is the ones who refuse to cooperate who are destroying things for others.
We have to somehow get through to them and make them understand we need their help.
If we don't get it, we are going to have to force them to comply.
I support mandates.
Freedom is all fine and well up until when it begins to impact others. Then it is not a right, but a wrong.

How safe is your state?
I can't find a statistic for how much active COVID there is per state, but we do have some data to work with.
Let's calculate the prevalence of COVID-19 for a few states, shall we?
That would be the number of active cases divided by the population x 100%.
That will give us the percentage of people with Active Cases in a state.
We can do this for several states, and compare them.
Let's begin with Colorado, because there are stories of over run ICUs and crisis standards of care.
State ......................... % Active Cases (This percentage of people in the State currently have COVID)
Colorado ..................... 3.3 (Wow. That's all it takes to overwhelm the medical system. No wonder natural herd is such a bad idea)
Florida ........................ 1.0 (Who knows if we can believe the reported numbers there. They have been manipulated)
New York .................... 2.0
South Dakota .............. 0.7
Texas ........................ 0.3
California (no data)
Illinois ....................... 0.7
Georgia ..................... 3.3 (Wow. Georgia is a hot spot right now. Stay away from groups in Georgia!)
Michigan ................... 3.0 (Be careful in Michigan!)
Idaho ....................... 9.3 (Extremely dangerous to mix and mingle there!)

We hardly reduced anything.
We have had two peaks in Active Cases and now we are headed for a third.
The number of active cases of COVID never got below 9.1 million after the recent peak around the end of September.
It got close, but now it has begun rising again.
Now it's about to go over 9.3 million active cases again. And what is going to stop it?
It's hard to imagine what goes on in people's heads to think they should not join the rest of the country in fighting this disease by getting vaccinated themselves.
And what is with all these people who act like there is no pandemic?
They make no effort to distance or prevent sharing air.
Yo. I don't care if you're wearing a mask or not, vaccinated or not, don't get in my face!!!
Keep your freaking distance, already.
It's hard to take it cool when people are not being cool.
Getting close, sharing air is not cool!
Refusing to get vaccinated IS NOT COOL!
It's just dumb. It's killing people. And it is not patriotic.
It hurts our country to get Americans killed.
