The number of Active Cases remains above 9 million. New Cases roughly = New Recovered yesterday. Not much change.
There was a story on PBS last night that Colorado was having a lot of outbreaks. Colorado is at 70% vaccination but some areas are very red and have quite low vaccination rates. A director of ER at a hospital said almost all the cases coming in are not vaccinated, they are young adults, and they are getting very sick very quickly.
The doctor also said he believes that 70% is not high enough to achieve herd immunity.
Coloroado had to go to crisis standards of care. Colorado had 3,837 New Cases yesterday.
We need more vaccine mandates.
We need more requirements to show proof of vaccine for entry.
LA began requiring proof of vaccine to go to a bar.

Maybe it was a shelf, and we are about to start going back up again.
