Yep, but he shouldn't have been bragging - when he did he admitted it was nothing but a clown show to hurt Hillary's election chances. It's the same thing trump tried to do when he tried to blackmail Ukraine into opening up a sham investigation into Biden. Republicans can't win hearts and minds so their only recourse is to frame Democrats.
