Contrails and Chemtrails are very different things....that stuff is being sprayed into the atmosphere without our consent is in my opinion beyond debate by reasonable people.....it is fact.

The questions are what is the intent, what is the effect, and why is this happening without the consent of the people.

What type(s) of aircraft are spraying these chemicals? Who owns them?

Question: why would "they" (whomever they are) poison the air of the very people needed to fight all these imperialistic military incursions/wars and to quell the masses who are getting fed up?

Nope.

The vast bulk of contrails are simply the hot exhaust of the engines mixing with the cold air.

A small percentage are caused by the depressurization of air passing on both sides of an airfoil, causing a drop in temperature.

Yes. Carbon dioxide generally. When dumping fuel they put kerosene in the air. Agriplanes fly at very low altitude to spray insecticide on a field. In some rare cases a cloud seeder puts silver iodide crystals (a low level salt) in the air. In that case, if it rains, you will get a very dilute salt water for a few minutes, then normal rain.

Passenger jets do not put anything nefarious in the air. Just carbon dioxide and occasionally kerosene.

I repair aircraft. I know what they do. T.A.Gardner has it correct.

I do know what they are doing.

Flying through moist air will produce a contrail. This is just liquid water. The effect is increased during landing and takeoff when the plane is flying slower. If you ever get a window seat on jet coming into Seattle, you will often sea contrail coming off the wingtips, where the plane's weight is literally squeezing water out of the air as the aircraft passes. Another source is the fuel burned in the engine, producing liquid water as part of the exhaust (along with carbon dioxide).

If a jet dumps fuel to reduce landing weight, it easily disperses into the air and is such a small amount it has no significant effect.

If an agriplane is spraying a field with insecticide, it flies at extremely low altitude to keep the stuff on the field. It's a waste of material otherwise.

Cloud seeding rarely works. The chemical is a low level salt (silver iodide). Other than possibly causing rain, it has no significant effect on the environment. It's too expensive.
