One has to tolerate a party, often called "the white party" (for various and sundry reasons), which says one thing but does another. Blacks and other non-whites, are welcomed to the table, but they had better mind their manners and speak only when spoken to, and only speak to tow the party line, which is decidedly, "anti-black", anti-minority, anti-women (women only believed to be suited for traditional roles, in subservience to men), and pro-big business which has "built-in" bias against minority contracts, contractors, investment in the black and non-white communities, and/or the procurement of financial resources. In other words, "they have to hold their noses" to avoid the stink of the elephant in the living room. Debate that, bitch.
